Secure Grip and Hold with Stair Rods

Interior designing can be a tricky part to pursue when you have real big houses. You can start by the walls and furniture and work your way up the stairs. It would be a little to awkward to see that your stairs are just lying there in plain sight with no decoration whatsoever. In order to remedy this problem interior designers opt to cover the stairs with carpets of various designs and secure them safely for people to see and appreciate.

Stairs are evidently needed in every house as long as it has another floor to add up with the base ground floor. Since carpets are usually installed over the stairs, it would be safe to tuck them in place so nobody will trip on them. Designers use grippers in order to let the carpet stay in place but for added security and design they have turned to using stair rods in order to prevent the carpet from slipping.

Materials Used to Make the Stair Rod

A stair rod adds extra hold to the carpet so that it will not slip and it is put securely in place. This thing is evident in every step but it does not have to be a nuisance in the design of the stairs. It even adds up to the beauty of the stair decoration as long as the owners know how and what kinds of material must be used in order to complement with the design.

Steel and brass are the two main materials used to make a stair rod. They are made to put in places which are placed securely with the stair eyes. Stair eyes are made to secure the rods and they are located in each side. You can add screws to it for safety.
